CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure optimal service and availability for all of my amazing clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours notice, or no show after 15 minutes, a 50% fee for cancellations, and 100% fee for no-shows of the service price will be charged to your account. All services are non-refundable. To ensure your satisfaction, any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours after your appointment. I'm happy to make necessary adjustments if notified within this timeframe. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client. Life-Altering Circumstances: I know life can throw unexpected challenges your way—I’ve been there too! If you’re dealing with a life-altering situation (like an emergency or serious illness), I’ll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Just reach out to me as soon as you can, and we’ll figure it out together. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule, please give me a call at 817.876.1141 or update your appointment through my booking system at least 24 hours in advance.
