Cancellation Policy
ARTISTRY IN HAIR — CANCELLATION & SERVICE POLICY
By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Cancellations & No-Shows
We reserve your stylist's time exclusively for you. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows or arrivals 15+ minutes late will be charged the full service total.
Services Are Final Sale
All services are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your service, please let us know within 48 hours and we'll work with you on an adjustment where possible. We want you to love your look.
Payment Authorization
By providing a card on file, you authorize us to charge it for any cancellation fees or unpaid balances as outlined above — even if you planned to pay by cash.
Chargebacks
Disputing a valid charge through your bank is a breach of this agreement. If you do, we reserve the right to pursue recovery, including adding a $150 administrative fee, referring the matter to collections, reporting it as theft of services, and seeking legal remedies — including legal fees and court costs — through civil litigation.
Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
